Bright and modern, this attractive villa is situated amid quiet countryside and vineyards in the beautiful area of Coral Bay, and enjoys views from its pretty outdoor areas. The villa occupies a peaceful location near the village of Peyia and is a short drive from the beach, where idyllic sands and sparkling seas await. The charming exterior gives way to a fresh, airy interior, with an expansive sitting-dining room taking up most of the ground floor and designed in practical, open-plan style. The sleek kitchen is superbly equipped and features built-in units, a microwave and washing machine, whilst the adjoining living area is comfortably furnished with sofas and a satellite TV. Full glass doors lead from here to the enticing and amply-sized poolside terrace, which enjoys the sun for most of the day and looks out over trees to provide the perfect peaceful backdrop for your sunbathing and al-fresco meals. The three light bedrooms are all finished in simple but attractive style, with one of the first floor twin rooms linking to a good-sized, veranda ideal for contemplating the gorgeous views. When you want to venture out, Peyia a short drive away has a few traditional tavernas and quaint shops, and Coral Bay with its friendly cafes, bars, eateries and wonderful sandy beach is also conveniently close. NB. Guests will be allocated on arrival in one of two Villa Vineyards - both villas are identical and are located in the same area.
