This attractive family-owned villa has a friendly and home-from-home feel. Set in a tranquil residential district close to the Old Course - the oldest golf links in Vilamoura - it offers accommodation spread over a main semi-detached house and a 1-bedroom annexe, making it great for families with teenagers, keen golf enthusiasts or groups of couples and friends. The interior of the villa has a distinctly traditional character, with pleasant rooms that feel cosy and cared for. Knick-knacks, darkwood furniture, soft armchairs and tiled floors are present throughout, with the charm culminating in a living room with a beamed ceiling. The villa houses a separate annexe which is accessed from the outside and is composed of a twin bedroom and shower room. Outside, the beautifully kept garden features a striking rockery studded with palms and a large pool framed by paved terracing. Above, a shaded first floor balcony provides a perfect spot for sitting out over morning coffee. There is also a barbecue for when you want to eat at home enjoying the sunshine. Conveniently, the Tavares overlooks the well-known Browns Sports Club, which offers restaurants and sports facilities for all ages. Local shops and bars can be found close by and for days out, Vilamoura?s beaches and bustling marina are just a quick drive away. NB. A refundable deposit is payable on arrival.
