Public transport is also very accessible and the bus station is just 100 m from the property. Owing to its coastal location, the seafront and the beach are also within walking distance. The most popular beach in Split is located only 100 m away. It is fairly easy to access the ferry, rail and bus connections from the villa, as they are all within walking distance.

The charming and tastefully fitted rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and offer a double bed as well as a pull-out bed for 2. They are equipped with a satellite TV and individually regulated air conditioning.

There are sun loungers and parasols available for use on the sandy beach.
