A further, roofed terrace, complemented by a built-in barbecue, is on hand for unwinding in the shade and patio doors from here lead to the bright and spacious open-plan sitting-dining room, which is finished with fresh and cheerful yellow and white soft furnishings. A hallway leading from here connects to a compact, well-equipped kitchen and the welcoming bedrooms. The artist owner has decorated the interior with his own paintings, bringing a lovely personal touch that adds to its home-from-home feel. When you want to venture out, the marina and sandy cove of Cala'n Bosch are a ten-minute walk and the shops and restaurants of Cap d' Artrux are just 400 metres from your door.
