Occupying a central location in Cala Blanca, the five-bedroomed Marian puts all the facilities of the resort virtually at your fingertips, with the main shopping arcade, offering an array of bars, restaurants and nightspots, just 200 metres away. Standing in hedge-enclosed gardens, the two-storey house offers uncomplicated accommodation with large and comfortably appointed rooms furnished to a homely standard. On the first floor, a unfussy galley kitchen fitted in white Mediterranean-style wood opens to an ample-sized sitting-dining room furnished with a traditional wood burner, comfortable sofas and a corner dining suite to form a bright central living space. From here patio doors open out onto a beautiful, furnished covered balcony terrace offering lovely views over the garden and pool area to the sea. Two double and two twin bedrooms decorated in bright and fresh colours, along with a shower room and separate bathroom are on the ground floor, whilst upstairs, the remaining double bedroom has access to a shower room with toilet. Outside the extensive pool area, which is positioned to catch the sun all day is a constant enticement to idle away your time. As a final touch, the British owners have added a charming gazebo-shaded dining area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue made for lazy alfresco cooking and eating.
