Situated on the outskirts of Vilamoura about two kilometres from the centre and marina, Villa Galeao A offers spacious and modern accommodation perfect for larger groups wanting to hide away without being too far from amenities, beaches and golf courses. Standing in a cul-de-sac, its well-maintained front gardens set the scene for the interior, which is lovingly kept and clean. Without exception, all the rooms are wonderfully light and airy, many with glass doors or balconies that let the sunlight stream in. The ground floor houses a spacious country-style kitchen with a breakfast bar, together with a large living room-come-dining room with a corner fireplace, comfortable sofas and huge dining table. The four bedrooms, meanwhile, are as light and fresh as the rest of the interior, with the master opening to a pretty balcony, and a ground floor twin with patio doors. Outside, the back garden is something of an oasis, with mature ferns, palms and lawns creating lots of greenery, as well as surrounding walls and hedges contributing to the sense of privacy. The step-up swimming pool takes centre stage and there are sunloungers, a patio table and a parasol arranged on the terrace, all near a built-in barbecue for rustling up outdoor meals. A high quality villa, the Galeao A is well placed for enjoying the golf courses at Vale do Lobo and visiting nearby Loule and Quarteira, famous for its weekly gypsy market. NB.
