## Location
The hotel is less than a 10-minute drive away from Dubrovnik or for the really fit, there is a walking path. A stay here offers the best of Dubrovnik with a peaceful retreat at the end of the day and it is a great location for visiting other parts of the coast. The hotel is a haven of calm away from the hustle and bustle, and in hot summers it is often a degree or two cooler up in the almost mountainous air at Bosanka. There are numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs in Dubrovnik, whilst there is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Dubrovnik Airport is about 17 km away from the apartment hotel.

## Rooms
Most apartments have either a terrace or balcony and are surrounded by gardens and plenty of space - small outdoor barbecues can be used to grill fish or meat in the open areas. Each of the apartments are en suite with a shower and hairdryer. Guests will enjoy the comfort of a king-size bed. Further in-room amenities include a satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a kitchenette with mini fridge, ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning and central heating.

## Sport
All apartments exclusively share a brand new, attractive freshwater swimming pool with sunbathing areas at the front of the property. There are sun loungers with parasols laid out ready for use, while aqua fit, aerobics and a hot tub are also available.

## Notes
Clean bed linen and towels are provided at the beginning of the stay and the apartments are cleaned once a week.
