There is a 'Breakages deposit subject to Managers Discretion' of €150 per apartment to pay on arrival (cash only) which is refundable upon departure.
Groups of more that 3 apartments per booking will not be accepted.
If despite everything, a group is detected once customers arrive to our apartments, security deposit will be 150 € per person. (cash only) This deposit will respond not only for any damage in the apartments and common areas, but also damage for possible early cancellations or serious complaints from other guests.
 
Official rating: 2* FACILITIES:Food, drink and entertainment: the apartments are self catering with excellent kitchen facilities. Nearby guests can find a fine array of cafes, restaurants and entertainment offering fine fayre throughout the day and night.
 
Sports, games and activities: outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace with loungers and parasols, games room/arcade. Further sporting amenities/activities are available nearby for hire/rental including sailing, boating, fishing, tennis, golf, basketball, beach based games, watersports, canoeing, hiking and horse riding.
