## Location
This family-friendly country house (riad) is located 15 km away from the city centre in a relaxing area with a great view of the mountains. Menara International Airport is located approximately 16 km from the hotel.

## Rooms
The rooms in the riad are tastefully decorated in warm colours. The style combines modern amenities with a traditional touch. The en suite bathrooms are done in Moroccan style and feature a bathtub and hairdryer (most with rain shower). The rooms are fitted with king-size bed, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, safe and minibar. The air conditioning and heating are individually regulated. Each room has a terrace.

## Sport
Guests may enjoy taking a dip in the outdoor swimming pool or relaxing on the sun terrace under a parasol on a sun lounger. Alternatively, they can get a workout in the gym or make use of the steam room. Massage and spa treatments are also provided, as well as a tennis facility.

The hotel has its own kitchen and one of the salons and terrace can be used for dining purposes at breakfast, lunch or dinner. The meals are normally provided on request. Hivernage chain has a reputation for offering great catering as its famous Table du Marche in the centre of Marrakech.
