The 2,430 hectare private reserve known as the 'Victoria Falls Private Game Reserve' on which the hotel is located borders on the Zambezi National Park and offers a diverse and yet unique African experience. The Victoria Falls and Zambezi River are only a 15-minute drive away.||For those wanting to relax, the hotel's gardens are lush and tropical. In the early evening, guests can enjoy sundowners on the patio whilst watching elephants, kudu and waterbuck at the watering hole, no more than 25 m away. The small luxury all suite hotel offers 16 suites including double suites, of which one is a Honeymoon Suite, and twins with 2 connecting rooms consisting of 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. The establishment features a lobby, bar, restaurant and conference facilities.||Each suite consists of a spacious bedroom, an en suite Victorian style bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a lounge and individual secluded patio. The suites also come complete with individually regulated air conditioning and heating, a minibar, personal safe, DVD player, satellite television and a telephone.
