The hotel is located on St. Saviours Road, within a 15-minute walk of the central shopping area of West Centre, which includes restaurants, cafés and boutique shops. The seaside is some 1.6 km away, and Jersey Airport is around 1 km away.||This hotel is subject annually to a Quality Assured assessment by Visit Britain hotel inspectors and has been awarded a three-star grading. The hotel is situated in a fine town house with 73 en suite rooms. Facilities include 24-hour reception and check-in/ check-out services, car parking (for a fee, subject to availability), a restaurant and a lobby. There is also a hotel safe, a cloakroom, lift access to the rooms, a children's playground and conference facilities. For additional fees, guests can also make use of WLAN Internet access, room service, laundry service and bicycle hire.||The rooms are traditional, with modern amenities. All rooms have en suite bathrooms with either bath and shower or shower only. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries and WLAN broadband Internet access are provided in the rooms.
