If you are interested in exploring the area further then the pretty town of Rethymnon, Crete's 3rd largest town is only 10km away. This is a popular place to visit for tourists and locals alike with its traditional architecture of white washed buildings and winding streets where the buzz of the open air markets entice you and plenty of interesting shops and taverns await to be explored.

##Location
The third largest town on Crete, Rethymnon is a town full of history and preserves much of its Venetian and Turkish architecture, with some great houses on Arkadiou and Arabatzoglou streets. The town offers a choice of holiday, whether it is a beach holiday or a sightseeing one, the Rethymnon will cater for both.
