Conveniently located in a central position, the 3 star Sun Maris Central Hotel is a great base for bargain-hunters. This 86 room hotel is in a quieter residential part of the resort, close to the local weekly market and only 500 m away from the many shops, restaurants, bars and beautiful seafront in the resort centre of Marmaris. The public beach is just a 100m from the hotel, but guests staying at the Sun Maris Central Hotel can also make their way to the sister hotel and enjoy their private beach and all-inclusive snacks & drinks.
 
Due to the lack of ramps in the hotel, it isn't suitable for those with walking difficulties.
 
Getting to the hotel: Dalaman International Airport is 90 km from the Sun Maris Central Hotel.
 
Local tips: There are plenty of shops within walking distance and the Thursday market is a popular attraction near the hotel. The hotel is a short walk to Marmaris centre with the lovely beach and a host of pubs and nightclubs, but if you want to venture further out, the local bus (dolmus) runs on the main street about 100 m from the hotel.

The hotel has a main indoor and outdoor restaurant with seating for 200 serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet style (meals may be served a la carte during low season) and a lobby bar with a snack bar and Satellite TV. Local charges apply for imported drinks, brandy, fresh orange juice, ice-cream, cappuccino, espresso, Turkish coffee and English breakfast. Drinks in the pool area are served by the hotel's waiters.
 
Sports, games and activities: Use of the beach at the Sun Maris Bellamara Beach Hotel beach and snack bar - (Please wear your hotel wristband). There is free service to the beach in Icmeler once a day where umbrellas and sunbeds are free of use, although this isn't part of the hotel's all-inclusive concept.
