This villa is situated in Banje bay and is the perfect base from which to explore the Elafiti islands, the arboretum Trsteno and Dubrovnik city. It lies next to the seaside and is just 5 metres from the shore. Guests will find a number of shops and restaurants within 15 minutes' walk, or 1 km, from the accommodation, whilst the nearest public transport links are a 20-minute walk, or 1.2 km, away.

The two double rooms are elegant, air-conditioned, and each come with a balcony. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and also features satellite/cable TV and a kitchen with a fridge and an ironing set.
