Renovated in 2009, this attractive, fully equipped residential complex comprises a total of 4 suites set amongst well-tended gardens around a shared pool. This complex is set in spacious grounds in the tourist area of Maspalomas, in a quiet and safe residential area. It is 100 m from the nearest bus stop and there are restaurants, bars and nightspots just 150 m from the accommodation. It is next to the golf course and 500 m from the popular sand dunes of Maspalomas beach and guests will also find a shopping centre, medical centre and bus stop nearby. The area enjoys good road connections including the island's main highway which runs between the airport and the capital, as well as to its main beaches. It is 2 km from Palacio Congresos Meloneras and Casino Meloneras, 35 km from the Parque rural del Nublo and just over 45 km from Las Palmas. Las Palmas Airport is just 37 km away.

## Rooms
The suites all come with 2 private bathrooms with a hairdryer and a shower/bathtub, one of which also has a hydro-massage column. They offer double beds, 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV, a desktop computer, Internet access, a DVD player, a hifi with an iPod docking station and a safe, as well as a kitchen with a fridge and a freezer, a ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a grill oven, tea and coffee making facilities, 4 recycling bins and various electrical appliances. Furthermore, an ironing set, a washing machine and individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard, and all units also feature a terrace and a private sunbathing area.

## Sport
The complex features a putting green with 9 holes and guests can play a game of table tennis or squash or relax on one of the various sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols or in the common room with its billiards and darts facilities and board games area. It is also possible to enjoy a massage treatment (for an additional fee). Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a work-out in the gym and guests can also explore the surrounding area on bicycle. Nearby the complex, guests will find 2 golf courses, a paddle tennis centre, a paintball centre and a cycle/jogging path, as well as a water park, a theme park and a football pitch.
