Hotel Scherer  is in a residential and quiet area of Salzburg, just 15 minutes walking distance along the river Salzach to the centre of town.  There is free parking space for cars directly in front of the hotel and also for buses adjacent to the hotel - garage space on request.  Distances are 7km to the airport, 3km to the exhibition centre and a 20 minute walk to Festival Hall.
