Hotel Overview

Built in 2008, this charming aparthotel construction is typical of those found in the mountains and has a cosy family-friendly atmosphere. There are a total of 21 apartments. From the dining room, guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the Valira river and Rialb mountain which gives the aparthotel its name. From the main entrance guests can see the Sant Pere church, patron of the town of El Serrat. Guests have the option of free parking outside, or for an additional fee, use of the garage. Other facilities that the aparthotel has on offer include a lobby with a 24-hour check-out service, currency exchange facilities, cloakroom, lift access, games room, TV lounge and children's playground. The hotel has its own café, bar and restaurant. WLAN Internet access, room service and a laundry service are also available.

## Location
The hotel is located in the Valley of Ordino-Arcalís, situated only 4 km from the ski slopes of Ruta de Los Lagos de Tristaina. The Ruta del Ferro (Iron Route) is just 5 minutes walk away. There is a tourist information centre at El Serrat, about 100 metres from the hotel and the historical town centre of Ordino is about 7 km away.

## Rooms
The hotel's apartments have the capacity for between 2 and 6 people and have wide and magnificent views from their balcony or terrace. They are furnished with double or king-size beds and have their own kitchen equipped with mini fridge, microwave and utensils. There is a direct dial telephone, a plasma TV with satellite reception and an Internet connection. The apartments each have a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. All apartments have heating. There is a daily cleaning service, which covers the whole apartment except for the kitchen.

## Sport
The hotel has a solarium, a little gym, massages on demand and a games room with pool/snooker. There is the possibility of taking excursions and trekking from the apartments, such as to the Tristaina lakes and the Iron Route. Also horse riding and quad biking are recreational activities guests may like to try. The rental of ski equipment, snow shoes, sleds and other snow sports equipment is possible through the hotel.

## Meals
Accommodation is bed and breakfast with a breakfast buffet, but in the same bar and restaurant guests can enjoy meals and drinks à la carte or a set menu at lunch and dinner. Special menus for groups and families are available on request.

Payment is accepted in cash as well as by Diners Club, MasterCard and VISA at the aparthotel.

## Notes
The reception opening hours are from 8 am to midnight. If you are arriving later, you should inform the aparthotel in advance. The reception of the El Serrat hotel is located 50 metres from the aparthotel on the same property and is open 24 hours.
