The Russo family welcomes guests to the farm and farmhouses that include the lobby, the breakfast room and the dining hall, where they can sample the farm's typical organic produce certified by AIAB (Italian Organic Agricultural Association). Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park, whilst those wishing to explore the local surroundings under their own steam can hire bikes from reception (for a fee).

## Location
This charming country house is situated on the Umbria-Tuscany border, between Cortona and Lake Trasimeno, in the town of Piazzano. Cortona is just 6 km away, Tuoro sul Trasimeno 19 km and Arezzo 35 km away, Terontola train station is approximately 8 km far.

## Rooms
This family-friendly country house consists of 4 double/twin rooms, 6 suites and 4 apartments. All accommodation units are large and furnished in typical Umbrian-Tuscan style with all the best comforts available. The en suite bathrooms come with a shower, bath and hairdryer, and in-room amenities include double/king-size beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, WLAN Internet access, a safe and a minibar. The suites have more facilities, including bathrobes, slippers, coffee, tisane and tea. Some of the deluxe rooms and suites come with a kitchenette and are ideal for families. Additional facilities include a washing machine, an ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning, central heating and a terrace.

## Sport
The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a heated indoor pool, which is available for a fee. Convenient refreshments can be purchased from the poolside snack bar, and there is a sun terrace on site.
