Renovated in 2004, this apartment complex is composed of 10 floors with a total of 120 apartments. Amongst the fully air-conditioned building's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a café, an Internet corner (for an added fee) as well as bicycle rental.
