Centrally situated in portree's picturesque somerled square, the portree hotel is an ideal base for exploring all that skye has to offer. Portree harbour, swimming pool, shops and library are all within 5 minutes walk. All rooms are fully en-suite and comfortably furnished. Meals and snacks are available throughout the day in the bistro and the 'camanachd bar'. The recently refurbished 'clansman' themed restaurant depicts six local clans and is furnished with authentic local tartans and battle dress. The extensive menu offers an impressive range of scottish cuisine using local produce. A wide range of international wines and malt whiskies are available to complement the scottish fayre.
