Hotel Overview

The campsite is fairly large and provides all the usual comforts, with a small selection of shops where guests can purchase almost everything they may need. The site features a reception with a 24-hour check-out service, a safe, currency exchange facilities and a newspaper stand. Guests can visit the hairdressing salon, the games room and the TV lounge, while younger guests are sure to enjoy the children's playground and the kids' club. The two bars and two restaurants serve food throughout the day and those arriving by car can leave their vehicle in the campsite car park and hire bikes for exploring the beautiful surroundings under their own steam. The campsite also provides Internet access and a laundry service for an extra fee.

## Location
This holiday village is located in the shadow of a large pine forest, on the tranquil plains in one of the most beautiful areas of the Tuscan Maremma, in front of a splendid sea and in untouched nature. The campsite is about 8 km south of San Vincenzo on the Tuscan coast, in an ancient pine-wood forest. The beach is about 800 m away, and can be easily reached by walking or by bicycle. Only 3 km away, guests will find one of the most beautiful beaches of the Tuscan coast, Golfo di Baratti.

## Rooms
The mobile home, Giotto, is composed of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and there is also a terrace. The mobile home, Leonardo, has the same features as the Giotto but with 3 bedrooms. The mobile homes also come with double beds, a fridge and individually regulated air conditioning and heating as standard.

## Sport
The campsite has a total of 4 swimming pools with 3 children's swimming areas, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests can pamper themselves with a spa treatment as well as enjoying a game of table tennis or volleyball. There is also pool/snooker available for an extra fee. The nearby beach is sandy.
