The Melia Havana is a modern hotel found in Miramar, the elegant, quieter, business district of Havana. The design is uncompromisingly modern with marble fountain filled lobby, and the facilities are great, with super pool complex, a wealth of excellent gastronomy on site and a range of bars to choose from, including a Cigar sampling café for Cohiba devotees. The hotel offers easy access to the historic city centre and the beach on foot, however there is a complimentary shuttlebus service to and from the old quarter of town every day. A great base for a city and resort combination break.
