Local tips: Take a walk up the old donkey trail to the old village of Lakones which is perched high above Paleokastritsa. Walking to the monastery of Paleokastritsais also a delightful excursion. FACILITIES:Food, drink and entertainment: Maria Studios offers self catering units with a friendly bar and restaurant on site. On Saturday nights there is often a traditional Greek BBQ and spontaneous Greek dancing.
