The Majestic Gardens is in the quiet traditional Cypriot village of Tersefanou which is perfectly positioned just 10 minutes drive from Larnaca less than 10 minutes drive from the nearest beach. Picturesque Tersefanou has a couple of shops, tavernas and a village square where the locals meet and watch the world go by. You are also just minutes by car from Kiti and the beautiful traditional village of Pervolia, with its pavement tavernas and slow pace of life or you can visit Larnaca with its bustling beach front, shops and bars.
This modern complex offers stylish air conditioned, privately owned apartments, some with great views along with a fully equipped kitchen which is perfect for self-caterers. The Majestic Gardens has two phases each with an inviting pool area with waterfall.

All have - bathroom/shower - WC - air conditioning/heating – kitchen – oven – hob – extractor – fridge-freezer – washing machine or dishwasher – TV - DVD (not all have satellite)- (certain amenities may be payable locally)

*studios have a shower room, no bath and double bed, 1 bedroom apartments have a double bed plus sofa bed suitable for one child, 2 bedroom apartments have a double bed and twin beds or 2 sets of twin beds and a sofa bed suitable for one child.
