Originally, architect Magnus Poulsson built Lysebu during the First Wold War for private use and shortly after Second World War it was rebuilt with a purpose as accommodation and cultural knowledge hub between Denmark and Norway. All 62 rooms are elegantly furnished in Scandinavian style with telephone, radio, iron-board and en-suite bathroom.
