Kalypso Hotel is situated in the north-eastern part of Crete, on the beach between Malia and Stalis which, is a region famously known for its beautiful landmarks, unspoiled natural reserves and fine beaches with white sands and warm waters. The hotel opened about 30 years ago but it was recently renovated to provide its guest with more modern facilities and features, as well as, superb high-quality services by an expert, friendly and multilingual staff.

The hotel sets in a region well-known for its beautiful, unspoiled natural landscapes with the Dikti Mountains in the south and its famous white sandy beaches. There are many shops, souvenir stands, mini markets, taverns, cafes and restaurants a short walk from the complex, as well as, a beautiful sandy beach just 150 meters away. The hotel is situated about 17 miles from Heraklion and Knossos and 5 miles from a well-known 18-hole golf course.

##Accomodation
The hotel features double rooms and apartments. All are simple, functional, fully furnished and well-equipped with modern amenities. Rooms/apartments are tastefully decorated in soft and neutral colours to guarantee your relaxation.

All rooms and apartments have private bathroom with separated shower and WC, hair dryer, air conditioning (at a charge), heating, telephone, and private balcony or terrace. Rooms have a maximum capacity for up to two guests.

Apartments also included a separated bedroom, a small living room with a sleeper (for up to two guests), kitchenette and refrigerator. Apartments have a maximum capacity for up to five guests.

##Eating and Drinking
The hotel features a pool bar serving fresh fruit juices, cold beers, wines, soft drinks, coffee, infusions and a wide selection of delectable snacks and aperitif.

Guests can also enjoy a buffet breakfast daily at the breakfast room with a terrace and outdoor seating area.

The Kalypso Café Bar is also good for light snacks, as well as, coffee, tea, soft drinks and juices or ice cream.
