## Location
The hotel is situated in a quiet leafy street just a 5-minute walk from the centre of the picturesque spa town of Montecatini Terme where guests will also find the railway station with trains running to Florence and Pisa. It lies adjacent to the famous spa park which offers 9 different spas and is a perfect base from which to explore the towns and countryside of beautiful Tuscany such as Lucca (30 km), Florence (30 km), Pisa (55 km), Viareggio (55 km) and Sienna (100 km). This establishment is a 30-minute drive from Pisa International Airport.

## Rooms
All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer as well as a double bed, a telephone and a TV. They are also equipped with Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, individually adjustable air conditioning and central heating. Many rooms feature balconies with beautiful views across the surrounding Tuscan hills.
