The apartment hotel is situated in a modern residential building finished in 2006. It has 20 apartments offering privacy, comfort and quality facilities. The establishment also has a hotel safe, lift access, Internet access, a laundry service.

## Location
The apartment hotel is located right next to the Plaza Italia and the entrance to Providencia. It is also located close to the main business centres, the government, healthcare, culture, entertainment and restaurants, as well as just one block from the metro and 50 metres from banks and pharmacies. The central train station is roughly 5 km away.

The apartments are located at the top of the building, each having a size of about 30 m². They are equipped with a bedroom with a king-size bed, living room, sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and bath and a dining room.
