The Villaitana Hotel (formerly the Sheraton Real de Faula Hotel) is in a quiet area, less than a mile from the theme parks and less than 2 miles from the waterparks. The resort consists of Mediterranean style buildings complete with minarets and domed roofs, blending traditional elements that truly capture the spirited style of the region with a Mediterranean flair. There are two 18-hole golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus and a state-of-the-art spa, featuring a heated pool with water treatments and multifunctional treatment suites.

The hotel has 238 guest rooms and suites with internet access and Sweet Sleeper beds. Real de Faula also has a clubhouse with sea-facing terraces, cafeteria, Pro shop, lounges and changing-rooms, and a practice course over 300 metres long and 100 metres wide. Benidorm has an unrivalled selection of amenities, with bars, shops and restaurants aplenty. There are also a couple of waterparks in the area and other entertainment including go karts and water sports.
