Hotel Overview

This hotel is situated on the idyllic southwest coast of Tobago, just a few minutes from popular Store Bay Beach in the south of the island. The peaceful waters of Pigeon Point are a mere seven minutes drive from the hotel and it is about ten minutes to the capital town of Scarborough. The nearest bus stop is 200m away and Crown Point international airport can be reached on foot in around five minutes.

This refined little resort hotel is nestled on five acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, directly beside the beach. A coral reef lies off the coast. Offering very good value for money, the hotel comprises 51 distinct rooms of which 23 are standard rooms, seven are superior rooms and 21 are deluxe rooms. Amongst the facilities count an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a cloakroom. Further on-site amenities include a new restaurant, a theatre hall and conference facilities. It is possible to gain access to the Internet and there is room service to take advantage of. Moreover, car parking is available to those arriving by car.

##Location
The Tropikist Beach Hotel in Tobago has a total of 54 simply furnished rooms built around the hotels two pools. The property has a small sandy beach suitable for sunbathing, but due to the coral near the shore it is not recommended for swimming. Crown Point is one of Tobago`s main tourism areas, right on the south-western tip of the island. It is home to the airport, a variety of hotels, restaurants, shops and Store Bay Beach. Sunbathers and watersports are spoilt for choice between the soft sandy shores of Store Bay and arguably the island`s most famous sheltered beach at Pigeon Point.

The hotel has two restaurants and a cocktail bar. The Bayside Bar and Grill is perfect for enjoying a casual meal, drinks and snacks daily whilst the Sunset Restaurant offers tropical beverages and the chefs specials that include local fresh fish and Caribbean dishes while enjoying the famous West End sunsets. The cocktail bar opening times can vary depending on the season.

Breakfast is served buffet-style from 7:30 – 9:30.

Lunch is served from 12:00 – 15:00.
