The complex, which was built in 2009, comprises 148 apartments divided into 3 sections with large, open spaces and a ceiling height of almost 3 m. Guests have unlimited access to laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers (detergent can be purchased at the reception). Parking is available at an additional fee. Other facilities include a 24-hour reception, lift access, a newspaper stand and a hairdressing salon. There is also a café and restaurant, and conference facilities are available.

This hotel is located in the well-known office complex Mektagonen at the corner of Mölndalsvägen and Falkenbergsgatan. The area is well served by both trams and major traffic arteries and there is plenty of parking in the vicinity.
