Hotel 1898 Barcelona stands right on the Ramblas, housed in a 19th century building which was once the headquarters of the Philippine Tobacco Company. Now transformed into this chic and elegant hotel, the history is preserved in the beautiful façade and photographic collection throughout the hotel. The hall and lobby bar combine dark wood, brickwork, warm leather upholstery and ceiling fans to create a contemporary setting with colonial, old world charm. The dining area offers views of the Ramblas for breakfast or a la carte cuisine.
