The club resort is located in Orange County. Lake Austin Reserve is a south-west Orlando development, which features this luxury resort based over 160 hectares along with the adjoining Westside development. This resort is in the heart of it all, minutes from the numerous attractions, a 'drive' away from many coveted golf courses and just 97 km from either coast.

## Rooms
These wonderful homes offer a well-balanced open feel with great access to the balconies from the living room and both bedrooms. They also have everything a family could want from its wonderful interior with a solarium, to the excellent private screened balconies which enable owners to enjoy the best of outdoor living in Florida. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and bath, and the bedrooms with either double or king-size beds. Standard in-room amenities consist of a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a washing machine and an ironing set. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge and microwave. The air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.
