The Gran Bahia Principe Coba Hotel is located on the Mayan Riviera near the towns of Akumal, Tulum and Valladolid, among others, and is one of a complex of three resorts situated over a kilometre of fine white sand and crystal clear waters. Local Tips: In the summer months, sea turtles crawl onto the white-sand beaches by moonlight to lay their eggs. Yal-Ku Lagoon, once a trading route for the ancient Maya, is a bird watcher's paradise, and can be explored by foot or kayak.
