Built in 1980 and renovated in 2005, this complex offers a total of 17 apartments spread over 8 floors and has its own car park and a garage. Located in a building the hotel does not accept groups of young people.

This basic holiday complex is situated in the centre of the Benalmadena Costa, close to the Puerto Marina and the promenade. Local public transport may be found less than 100 metres from the hotel. M

## Notes
The hotel doesn't accept only female/ male groups as it is a very quiet, residential building only for couples or families. Pets are not allowed. Reception and key collection is done in the office Antonio Gonzalez, right next to the apartments. The schedule is from Monday to Friday 9.30h. to 14.30h and from 16.30h to 19.30h and on Saturdays from 10.00h to 13.00h. Outside these hours keys can be collected at the Hotel Vincci Selección Aleysa, located at 100 m apartments.
