The Del Mar Apartments are situated in the centre of Calpe and enjoy a wonderful spot right next to the well looked after sandy Arenal Beach, providing the perfect way to spend a holiday on the Costa Blanca. From the apartments you can admire the sparkling azure of the Mediterranean or the stunning Ifach Rock, and you can find a wonderful selection of shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes away in the centre of Calpe.

These modern 4-star apartments provide a comfortable and relaxing way to spend your holiday when not exploring the many sights and attractions in the area; with a host of spacious apartments ideal for couples, families and groups, along with a pleasant selection of facilities to enjoy including the outdoor pool. The complex also offers some great ways to relax whether out under the sun on the terrace or inside in the comfort of the lounge or the TV room and if that wasn't enough guests can use the facilities of the nearby Gran Hotel Sol y Mar including a pool and a gym. Additional facilities at the apartment also include a snack bar/café, air conditioning in all the public areas and laundry facilities.

##Accomodation
The accommodation at this modern complex consists of two or three-bedroom apartments all of which feature self-catering facilities with a separate kitchen along with a spacious living area and a balcony. Each apartment is also well-equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay including: air conditioning – LCD TV with satellite channels – minibar – DVD player – safe.
The two-bedroom apartments also include: oven – fridge – washing machine – dishwasher

Please note: A breakage deposit of 150 euros must be paid upon arrival to the hotel. This will be refunded at the end of your stay upon satisfactory condition of the room.

##Eating and Drinking
A variety of drinks, snacks and light meals are available from the café and snack bar throughout the day; or alternatively for a meal you there are a great selection of restaurants and taverns found just a few minutes away in Calpe.

##Swimming Pools
There is a large outdoor pool in the complex, along with a separate pool for children, all surrounded by the sun terrace with plenty of loungers and parasols to help you enjoy the sun.
