The splendid settings blend inviting interior spaces with the magic of an ever-fascinating Old City panorama. Designed by the world renowned Piero Lissoni and serving modern French-Mediterranean Cuisine prepared by Chef Oren Yerushalmi, Skala, the hotel's newest restaurant has a unique and enticing a' la carte menu, elegant first-class service and a lavish variety of boutique Israeli wines, international cocktails and spirits. The Lobby Lounge and Terrace is filled with natural sunlight filtering through an arched glass roof and looking out over the swimming pool onto panoramic views of the Old City. It provides an idyllic setting for a romantic candlelight dinner under the stars, or a delicious dairy meal and serves a tempting variety of hot dairy specialties, cold salads, sandwiches, cakes, light drinks and alcoholic beverages. The Seasons Restaurant offers the famous Israeli buffet breakfast of local cheeses, smoked fish and herring, cereal, a variety of fresh salads, health food, breads, cakes and hot dishes.
