This apartment accommodation enjoys a privileged location, just 5 minutes' walk from the best and cleanest city beaches in Mar Bella, and with good access to the centre, 100 m from the Sagrada Familia and Parque Guell, as well as just 500 m from the Gaudi houses. It is located in the Poble Nou neighbourhood, in an area which mixes old Spanish charm with great new developments such as the Forum music venue and Diagonal del Mar, Europe's biggest luxury shopping centre. It is also near the International Convention Centre of Barcelona (CCIB) and the closest metro station is L4 Selva de Mar.

## Rooms
The décor is functional and modern and the main floor of the accommodation has an open and modern kitchen, fully equipped. The living room has a double sofa bed and is furnished in modern style. The apartments also come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and are equipped with a TV, Internet access and a kitchen with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Furthermore, a washing machine, an ironing set, bed linen and towels and individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard. The accommodation also features either a balcony or a terrace.
