It is situated on Laugavegur, the old city's main artery and shopping street, where Reykjavik is at it's most vibrant. Shops, cultural events, cafes, restaurants, nightlife and the myriad of colourful happenings that only Laugavegur brings out - all at the doorstep. Iceland is a wonderful place to visit, and any visit will be enhanced greatly by staying at the Skjaldbreid. Please note that the ground floor is occupied by shops, reception is located on the first floor.
