Built in 2007 by the entrepeneurial Poulgouras family, which chose the area near the Thalys station and the Eurostar to turn a 1920's building into a hi-tech 5 star establishment in Brussels, decorated by a group of designers brought together by Constantin Poulgouras, acting as site manager, interior architecture and decorator of this designer Brussels hotel.
