This small complex of just 27 apartments offers comfortable accommodation, private balconies, a kitchen and en-suite facilities. Each apartment is newly furnished with a modern theme and provides a truly flexible living space. The complex also has a swimming pool and children's pool, a restaurant and a bar, internet facilities, a free pool table and currency exchange facilities.

Just a short dolmus ride away from the Ayhan Apratments is the Marmaris Municipality Orhan Aydin Sport complex which opens all year round and has tennis courts, a fitness centre, jogging paths, a bowling alley and squash facilities.
