Situated in Aucanada, the most peaceful setting in the Bay of Alcudia, in the north of Mallorca. They are just 30m far from the waters edge, separated from the beach by a pine-tree wood and 200m from Aucanada Golf, an 18 hole golf course on the water#39s edge. Nearby you will find the salt-water lagoons of Alcudia and Pollensa, refuge to many migrating birds, this lagoons are one of the most valued in the south of Europe from a bird-watching point of view the old Roman city of Pollentia, which still has parts of the metropolis, theatre and ramparts and the Puerto de Alcudia.

Supermarket, laundry and childrens playground at your disposal within residential complex, as well as a solarium facing the sea and a large pool for the exclusive use of the residents of the Aucanada Apartments.

Aucanada has 45 apartments, 12 of which have two bedrooms, 30 have one bedroom and 3 are studios. Apart from wonderful sea views, they all have kitchenette, complete bathroom and a large terrace. Apartments cleaned and bath towels changed every two days. Linen changed twice a week. Kettles, toasters, fans, etc available on request payable.

The complex features a buffet-restaurant and Snack Bar.
