Hotel Overview

Built in 2007, this club resort is a modern 5-storey complex, set in the heart of Sunny beach. It is ideal for those who like to be at the centre of everything. At the hotel itself guests can enjoy a drink, whilst sitting by the lovely pool, watching their children play in the children's pool. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped to the smallest detail, always with guests' comfort in mind. Further facilities on offer to guests include lift access, a cafe, restaurant options and parking.

## Location
This hotel is situated 200 metres from the sandy beach, near the centre of the Sunny beach resort and opposite the main bus station. There is a market just 20 metres away as well as fancy restaurants and amusements, bars and nightspots. The resort centre is just 250 metres away and guests have easy access to the main road. It is 3 km to the old town of Nessebar and Burgas is 35 km away. Burgas Airport is 25 km from the hotel and it is 120 km to Varna Airport.

## Rooms
All apartments are luxuriously furnished with a fully-fitted kitchenette, a living area, a bedroom and delightful balconies. They come with a private bathroom with a shower as well as satellite/ cable TV, a fridge, a microwave, an ironing set, a double bed, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating as standard. There is no additional charge for use of the equipment in the apartment.

## Sport
The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool with a children's pool and sun loungers. The Sunny Beach yacht club and the water sports facilities along the beach offer instruction in sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, motor boating, para-sailing and hang-gliding (additional fees apply to all). It is also possible to enjoy banana boating and pedal boating (charges apply to all). For an additional fee, beginner and advanced tennis players will find all they need to keep in top shape, including well-maintained and equipped tennis courts, tennis schools, skilled partners and tournaments. There are stables and a riding school (charges apply) and those who love a variety of activities can alternate between water sports and bowling, mini golf (charges apply), beach volleyball and archery. A ride around on a bicycle or a rickshaw on wheels is also a refreshing activity after a long day on the beach.

## Meals
At the Sunny Beach resort there are more than 150 restaurants, traditional and other establishments with evening programmes and excellent food, beach bars, snack bars, cocktail bars and cafeterias as well as pubs and many nightclubs with music and dancing.
