The hotel offers 18 new studio apartments of different sizes and guests are offered use of a TV-room, a bar as well as a meeting place and a playground for kids. There is a 24-hour reception desk for all guests' questions and wishes regarding points of interest, car rental or any other information. A phone, fax and Internet connection are also available.

This apartment hotel is situated upon a quiet hill at the border of Kalamaki, just a few steps from the beach and the town centre with its shops and restaurants.

## Rooms
Guests may choose between two types of apartments: TYPE A: Studios for up to 3 persons with one big room, a bathroom with bath and toilet as well as cooking facilities. TYPE B: Apartment for up to 5 persons with two separate sleeping rooms, a bathroom with bath and toilet and cooking facilities. All studios and apartments offer a spacious balcony, individually regulated air conditioning, a TV and double-glazed windows.
