The elegant and functional aparthotel offers comfortable accommodation in 26 apartments, ideal for a family holiday or a long business stay. It offers the services of a hotel and the assistance of a cordial, attentive staff, giving the independence of a stay in spacious, cosy and fully-equipped accommodation including kitchenettes. Business guests are sure to appreciate the boardroom (capacity of 15 people) in addition to a large lecture hall with television on the ground floor. The air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities on offer to guests include a cloakroom, lift access, a games room, TV lounge, WLAN Internet access, room service and a laundry service. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the garage.

## Location
The aparthotel is located in the heart of Barcelona, in the famous district called Eixample with its large number of artwork and Modernist architecture. It is 50 metres from the Hospital Clinic blue line metro stop (line 5) that connects to all metro lines that cross Barcelona. Numerous bus routes will quickly take visitors to Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas. It is 15 km from Barcelona Airport.

## Rooms
The apartments, modern and elegant, come with a fully equipped hide-away kitchenette complete with a minibar, fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a living room with an optional sofa bed (upon request), a bedroom (single or double) and a spacious en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and hairdryer. The in-room amenities consist of a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, Internet access, a safe and an ironing set. The air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.
