The apartments are located in the Gothic Quarter in the small Calle Tiradors Street, which begins in the Carrer Comerç, the centre of Barcelona. Many tourist attractions can be easily reached on foot from the property, including the Picasso Museum, Barcelona Cathedral and the sandy beach Barceloneta. The surrounding streets are home to a multitude of galleries, artists' studios, designer shops, and the textile museum. There are two wells situated at the entrance of the building, which were once used for tanning leather. The four stylish two-person studios and the duplex four-person apartment are accessed via a private lift. They combine modern and Oriental styles and all come with satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection and either a balcony or terrace.
