Just a short walk from Eastbourne Pier and the town centre, the York House has an enviable location on the seafront. The Veranda Bar is the only open air veranda remaining in Eastbourne and guests will feel like they are on the beach itself! If the sea is too cold, guests can make use of the indoor swimming pool, heated to a pleasant 80 degrees. The Dining Room serves an excellent array of food and drink, while the buzzing bars and restaurants in the town centre, are just a few minutes walk away.
