## Location
These villas are located in a quiet area only 500 m from the nearest links to the public transport network and 1 km from Flamingo beach and the Atlantic Ocean. They lie 2 km from the centre of Playa Blanca, where guests can find a nice beachfront promenade, shops and a wide range of restaurants, nightspots and bars. Further attractions in the surrounding area include Timanfaya National Park and La Geria (both 25 km), the town of Arrecife (40 km), Teguise (50 km), the Jameos del Agua/Cueva de los Verdes (70 km) and Orzola (80 km). Lanzarote Airport is 35 km away.

## Rooms
The villas are modern and tastefully decorated and offer 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. They come with 2 bathrooms with a shower/bathtub, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The accommodation is also equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a washing machine and individually regulated air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. They also feature a terrace.

Each villa offers a private, heated swimming pool with sun loungers that can be enjoyed all year around. Each villa has a terrace with a barbecue area.
