Like its contemporary exterior, the villa interior is sleek and modern with cream floor tiles and clean-lined furnishings dominating. At its heart is the first floor living space comprising the sitting room, dining area and superbly equipped kitchen. The comfortable sitting room boasts a large sofa and fireplace, coupled with a LCD TV, DVD and music system, and has doors to a spacious balcony where a wicker table and chairs invite you to drink in the views. The adjoining dining area, meanwhile, flows into the kitchen and also has doors to a balcony. The highpoint of everything is the pool, accessed down stairs from the first floor. Sunk into a raised terrace and bordered by sunbathing areas, it makes the perfect spot for relaxing and absorbing the views. A small lawn and shaded terraces complete the picture. When you want to get out and about, Old Skala has shops and restaurants, while nearby Skala offers up a gorgeous beach, tavernas and lively nightlife.
