An attractive, modern villa in a great position close to the amenities of Latchi, the Dorothy offers lovely views over countryside, making it a great for whiling away leisurely, sun-filled days. Offering bright and spacious two-storey accommodation, the detached villa is comfortably furnished throughout and boasts a good-sized pool in addition to two balconies positioned to take full advantage of the rural panoramas. The large, open-plan living area and kitchen benefits from lots of natural light and is furnished in homely style. A traditional-style corner fireplace, comfortable sofas and a dining table seating six make it an excellent family gathering space, and the dark wood, modern kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher to save precious sunbathing time. Two sets of glass doors from the living area link directly to a partially shaded dining terrace, with steps down to the large pool terrace, which offers ample space for everyone to work on their tans. One of the pleasant twin bedrooms is on the ground floor, with the remaining two bedrooms, both with patio doors out onto their own balconies, on the first floor. The picturesque harbour, shops and tavernas of Latchi are a short walk away, as is a choice of fantastic local beaches.
